Either side can end it early with 30 days' written notice, no penalty. When it ends, it ends: no residual claim on your catalog, publishing, or future earnings. Live bookings routed through our affiliated agency, Troutman Music Group, carry a standard booking fee on gross show guarantees; Talkback takes nothing on top of that.
