Privacy Policy

Who We Are

Talkback Talent Management ("Talkback," "we," "us") provides artist management and, in partnership with Troutman Music Group ("TMG"), booking services. This policy covers talkbacktalent.com and the forms on it. It doesn't cover third-party sites we link to or embed content from, including Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and Formspree — those services have their own privacy policies.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us directly:

• Music submissions (Submit Your Music page): artist/stage name, legal name, genre, city, email, phone, streaming links, and anything else you include in the form.
• Booking inquiries (each artist's EPK page): your name, organization, email, phone, event details, and budget information you provide.
• Email: if you email us directly, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and, where relevant, follow up on a booking or submission.

We don't currently use cookies or trackers of our own for advertising, and we don't require you to create an account to use the site.

How We Use It

We use the information you submit to evaluate music submissions, respond to booking inquiries, coordinate with our artists and TMG on shows and deals, and get back to you. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond these operational purposes without asking you first.

Third-Party Services We Use

• Formspree processes and delivers our form submissions (music submissions and booking requests) to our inbox. See Formspree's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and may log standard technical data (like IP address and browser type) as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Spotify, YouTube, and Instagram embeds on artist pages are loaded directly from those platforms. If you interact with an embedded player or post, that platform may set its own cookies or collect data under its own privacy policy — we don't control that.

Data Retention

We keep submission and booking inquiry information for as long as it's useful to our A&R and booking process, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us at any time by emailing mgmt@talkbacktalent.com. We'll respond as quickly as we can.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for artists, venues, and industry professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes To This Policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top.
